We are on the lookout for SEN specialists or people with experience working with those who have additional learning needs.

Some of the schools we work with need staff who have either qualifications in Autism awareness or relevant experience in the care sector. Children of all ages are requiring the support systems that someone could provide in school, ranging from nursery up to secondary education.

  • Location – Hereford
  • Position – SEN Teaching Assistants
  • Type of work – To support in all aspects of learning. Aiding those with additional needs
  • Contract or position start date – ASAP
  • Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing supply with pathways to long term employment
  • Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Temporary
  • Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £
  • Hours – 8:30 am – 15:30pm : Mon – Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of working with children/adults with additional needs.
  • Knowledge of Autism, ADD, ADHD
  • Up to date Safeguarding and Prevent training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
