HR Administrator – 37 Hours per week – Hybrid (2/3 Days WFH)

are seeking a dedicated and organised
HR Administrator
to join our client in Leeds on a
temporary
basis for an initial
3 months.
As a HR Administrator you will support a large, established HR Team manage the full employee life cycle and will be responsible for:
- Maintain candidate databases and update records in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation
- Processing new starters, contract changes & leaver
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team with departmental activities and projects as appropriate
- Coordinate the administration of processes, probationary reviews, appraisals, self-certificates
- Maintain and process documentation relating to HR activities
- Provide general administration as required including scanning, photocopying and filing
