We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results-focused Business Development Manager to join our market-leading Lettings and Estate Agency. This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations, and has a natural ability to influence and persuade.

Our clients generate a steady flow of warm leads through expert marketing efforts, and they need someone with the confidence and skill to convert these into opportunities. Your role will be to connect with landlords, build rapport, and generate valuations and new managements that contribute to the continued growth of the business. Every conversation matters, and every opportunity is a chance to make an impact.

Success in this role will come from being proactive, resilient, and determined. You’ll be speaking to landlords daily, securing at least 30 valuations and 10 management takeovers per month, as well as filling our landlord seminars with prospective clients. We’re not looking for someone who just makes calls and hopes for the best-we need someone who embraces challenges head-on, thinks strategically, and works relentlessly to achieve their targets.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Utilise CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities.

We will provide full training and ongoing support, but the right mindset, work ethic, and communication skills are essential.
