To act in the lead role as a Team Leader Residential Childcare Worker, providing care, welfare, safety and security to individuals.

To support young people with structure and boundaries.

To work on behalf of the young persons to educate and provide positive advice with any aspect of their health care requirements and consult with health care professionals where appropriate.

To be aware of and comply with the statutory requirements and all the company’s policies and procedures including those of outdoor activities.

To maintain a high level of recording and report writing.

Driving licence

Level 3 qualification or above in Residential Childcare

Knowledge of children’s home regulation 2015

Experience of working in residential childcare provisions (ages 8-17), * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
