The successful applicant will be a member of Moray Council’s engineering design team reporting to the Senior Engineer. Typical duties will include flood structure inspection, flood modelling, flood structure design and contract management. Applicants should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with suitable post graduate experience in Flood Risk Management.
