About the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Legal 500 rated firm who are expanding their employment team. The employment team work closely with the firm's Immigration department and offer a full service operation to their clients. The firm has a very strong reputation in London and their surrounding regional offices and can offer a supportive and clear progression throughout the Partnership of the firm.
About the Role
To be successful in this role you will either be an existing Partner with an established client following or a senior associate that has perhaps met with a glass ceiling at their current firm. You will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills alongside the ability to deliver a first class service to a range of clients.
Responsibilities
- You will have experience of a mix of non-contentious and contentious work.
- You will have the ability to manage and develop the more junior members of the employment team.
- The work split is 80/20 respondent.
- The firm is full service, their clients are from a range of sectors to include: financial, technology, retail, media and public sectors and also a range of HNW individuals.
Qualifications
- Experience as an existing Partner or a senior associate.

- Ability to deliver a first class service to a range of clients.
