A high-growth executive search firm with a strong reputation in the technology and innovation space is seeking an Associate to join its London-based team. This firm partners with VC-backed startups and established enterprises, helping them build top-tier leadership teams to scale and thrive.
The Role
As an Associate, you’ll play a central role in executing executive-level searches by owning the research phase and collaborating with senior stakeholders. This position offers clear progression, a well-defined training programme, and the opportunity to work on global mandates across high-growth tech sectors like AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential target companies and map the talent landscape
- Build and refine candidate longlists through in-depth market research
- Engage with high-level talent to assess fit and suitability
- Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders on assignment progress
- Support and attend candidate interviews and client briefings
- Contribute to internal knowledge and data systems
- Grow and nurture a strong professional network within the tech ecosystem
