Researcher – Generalist

My client is a large executive search firm that has been operating for over 50 years. The company is a $300m turnover business with hundreds of Partners located globally.

They are seeking an Generalist Researcher based in their London office. The role will support multiple Partners across Industry sector or functional specialist specific practices. This is an opportunity to experience different spaces, whilst operating on C-suite and Board level assignments.

This firm helps to appoint executives and non-executives, Board members, and executive management committees, deliver corporate strategy and growth for customers.

The company work with public and private sector clients; regulatory bodies, trade associations and consultancies. They support some of the largest and most complex institutions in the world, as well as smaller, specialist firms, regulators, and private capital-backed ventures.

This critical hire will see you working in a well-oiled function to provide excellent Research, and delivery of a search processes. You will be responsible for leading on the search strategy, and project managing the search process whilst leading on all written documentation.

This opportunity will suit an intellectually curious mindset that could offer a broad outlook, creative thinking with common sense.

This role is paying up to £50,000 basic salary, plus bonus opportunities. The company also provide private healthcare, group company pension, 25 days holiday plus Christmas and bank holiday closures, as well as many other excellent benefits.
