Location: Carmarthen and Swansea

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our clients dynamic Litigation Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property and construction litigation, contested wills and estates, and debt recovery. You will assist senior fee earners while also managing a small caseload of your own, handling cases from initial enquiries through to trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior colleagues with complex litigation cases.
• Manage a small caseload independently across various litigation areas.
• Handle cases from initial enquiry to trial.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules and legal best practices.
• Work towards billing targets and firm objectives.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE) with experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Commercial disputes
• Property litigation
• Construction litigation
• Contested wills and estates
• Debt recovery
• Strong technical legal knowledge and ability to handle procedural requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in advocacy is desirable but not essential.
• Welsh language skills would be a plus.
