We are excited to be working with a leading law firm on a great opportunity for an experienced Rewards professional to join their highly regarded team.

The Role

  • Work closely with colleagues in the HR team to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies.
  • Recognise the hard work of their employees and support the ambitions to attract brilliant talent.
  • Involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to their evolving reward and benefits strategy.
  • Participate in new initiatives developed within the team.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of benefits.
  • Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design to implementation.
  • Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes.
  • Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas to senior leaders.
  • Experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Flexible Benefit systems, particularly Darwin, is desirable.
