Marketing Manager Ziggicig is Northern Irelands largest independently owned vaping retailer. We currently have 19 stores across Northern Ireland, with ongoing expansion plans for both our stores and our business. Our business started from the back of a car boot, and through drive, ambition, a lot of hard work and the right people, we are where we are today. We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to join our Management & Support Teams, currently located at our Support Hub, in the Inspire Business Park, Dundonald. The successful applicant will be part of our growing Team there, which focuses on the development, support & servicing of our stores, staff & customers. This will be a hands-on role that suits someone who can work well as part of a small yet dedicated team. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and operate in an industry that doesnt allow for paid advertising. Schedule:Monday – Friday, Full-time Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience Your duties will include. Responsibility for social media development, including Instagram, Facebook, etc. Work alongside our other teams to create in-store promotions, displays & campaigns. Carry out any necessary market research to help understand customer behaviour and industry trends. Identifying & developing areas of weakness within the marketing, social & website elements of the business. Management & development of our website. Engage with our stores to help drive internal & external engagement. Reporting on ROIs and other metrics as required. Development of email marketing campaigns. Development of seasonal campaigns to drive sales & customer interactions. Maintenance & development of customer loyalty scheme to promote store visits. Promotion of the company\’s Just Eat service. Identify areas for improvement & development within the marketing function. Help develop the brand and ensure consistency across platforms. Previous Experience & Qualifications. Previous experience in a retail or B2C environment. Previous experience working on or developing a customer loyalty scheme. Previous experience with marketing-related software & analytical tools. 5 years previous experience in a marketing position, with 2 of those at management level. Previous history in working with 3rd parties and other stakeholders in achieving agreed outcomes. A track record in social media & marketing development within a company or organisation leading to greater customer engagement and sales. Experience in the management of an e-commerce site. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to think strategically. Good analytical skills. The ability to meet deadlines. Strong design software skills.
