Sales Director – Technology RecruitmentLondon (WFH Wednesdays)£75,000 – £100,000 + BonusWe’re partnering with a high-performing technology recruitment business that is looking for a Sales Director to lead, grow, and inspire their contract-focused team in London.With a current turnover of £30m per year, this business has built a strong foundation and now wants to scale further. The team sits at 12 heads today, with plans to grow to 20, and you’ll be central to driving that journey.What you’ll be doing:Leading a team of 12 recruiters (through team managers), holding them accountable for performance and delivery.Growing the team to 20 heads, ensuring high standards are maintained as the business scales.Coaching, mentoring, and motivating – bringing charisma and drive to help people push for more.Driving revenue growth in line with company objectives, with a focus on contract recruitment.Partnering with the leadership team to shape strategy and hit ambitious targets.What we’re looking for:Proven experience at Sales Director / Associate Director level within a recruitment business.Strong people management skills, with a track record of managing through team managers.Someone with the authority to hold people accountable, but also the charisma to inspire.A background in contract recruitment is highly desirable.Ambition to take a successful, £30m turnover business to the next level.What’s on offer:Competitive salary of £75,000 – £100,000 + bonus.Hybrid working (WFH every Wednesday).The chance to play a key role in scaling an already successful business.
