Job Description

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.
