A well-established growing Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration company is looking for a dedicated Refrigeration Engineer to join their dynamic team. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility as a Field Refrigeration Engineer across Newcastle and or Darlington. The successful Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of refrigeration systems, always ensuring high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems. Work on CO₂ systems (training available if required). Manage tasks both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications & Skills: 2–3 years of commercial refrigeration experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. On Offer: Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum. Overtime: Plenty of overtime opportunities, including weekends, if desired. Paid Travel: Door-to-door travel paid. Standby: 1 in 4 (£170 weekly standby payment). Company Van: Brand-new top-of-the-range van, available for personal use. Mobile & Tools: Company mobile, tablet, and specialist tools provided. Healthcare: Available after completing length of service.
