We are a fast-paced company that prides itself on our culture and we’re looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our friendly team. We are a sociable bunch who all share a love for learning and teaching and are always willing to help each other out. We like to acknowledge hard work and commitment and celebrate our successes.
In the last 2 years, our company has grown by a third in terms of employees and currently has over £800 million in FUM (Funds Under Management). As well as offering a holistic approach to Wealth Management to our clients, we have a Financial Education division to our company as well as a Mortgages team who offer first class service to our clients.
The role will be office based with the opportunity to work from home, provided there is appropriate home working set up. The role is based in our Lombard Street office in central London.
The successful candidate will be provided with a work laptop.
The Role – Client Services Administrator:
This role naturally develops into our Associate Wealth Manager role and eventually leads to becoming a fully Dip qualified Wealth Manager with the aid of a robust Training and Development programme, as well as on the job training and client contact.
The position will require an enthusiastic and driven candidate to deliver first class support to our Associate Wealth Mangers and Wealth Managers. You must project a professional image and entrepreneurial spirit in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Updating Confidential Financial Reviews input/updating
- Letter of Authority processing and chasing
- Oversee incoming funds
- Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters
- Pipeline review
- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)
- Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers
- Manage Outsourced Letter of Authority Process
- Manage Outsourced Administrative processes
- Continuous development towards AWM role
The Person:
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit an entrepreneurial, confident, motivated, highly organised, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
You must have previous experience and must be strong in the following areas:
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services
- Willingness to complete CII exams
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce software
- High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
- High standard of written & verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
