We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing London-based team, focused on the fast-growing U.S. civil engineering market. You'll recruit top-tier talent for innovative, employee-owned design firms working on major infrastructure projects across highways, bridges, water, and traffic.

This is a standout opportunity to run your own U.S. desk from London, with regular client trips to the States—and for the right person, a pathway to relocate permanently to the U.S. in the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a recruitment desk focused on U.S. civil engineering
• Building long-term partnerships with firms across America
• Placing engineers in traffic, highway, bridge, and water sectors
• Traveling to the U.S. for client visits, conferences, and relationship-building
• Working in a dynamic, social team with full support and autonomy
• Enjoying Work-From-Home Fridays with an early finish to start your weekend right

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in 360 or 180 recruitment (civil engineering or technical market preferred)
• Ambition to grow an international desk and potentially relocate to the U.S.
• Someone competitive, coachable, and commercially savvy
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder, both internally and externally
