The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors, trainee solicitors, legal executives or paralegals with experience managing their own caseload. It is open to candidates with experience in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence cases.

As part of the role, you will collaborate closely with a Director on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims while managing your own caseload of approximately 40 lower complexity and value cases across various types of clinical negligence.

You will be responsible for all stages of a clinical negligence claim, from initial case planning and investigation to obtaining evidence, following the pre-action protocol, issuing and serving proceedings and handling litigation up to trial. Throughout the process, you will receive close supervision, support and training from experienced colleagues.
