My Client is a leading Services and Solutions provider delivering complex cutting edge Networks infrastructure to Enterprise Clients globally. The Project Management Team Manager will be:

You will have experience of:

· A Record of Successful Complex Networks Infrastructure technology delivery

· Oversight of Delivery by teams of 5-10 PM’s, of strategically important and Complex Projects to time, budget and high standards of client satisfaction and with the commercial and financial acumen expected of a class leading delivery team.

· Providing guidance, mentoring, coaching, and development of your Project Management team to ensure continuous improvement via regular annual or bi-annual appraisal, development plans and goal setting.

· Successful Build, re-structuring and development of individuals and collective teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts and/or wider delivery teams through structured development paths

· Evidence of ability to manage C: suite interactions with Clients, Vendors, Partners and internal departments.

· A strong understanding of ICT or networking principles/Significant experience from a telecoms or IT infrastructure background.

· Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in English and preferably another relevant European language.

· Excellent matrix management and ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships

· Proven ability to manage projects from business case through to implementation.

· Understanding of additional technology such as hosting, voice or Security

· You will have experience of working closely and collaboratively with Sales/Commercial and pre-sales consultancy Teams ensuring whatever is agreed on is deliverable and strikes a healthy balance of minimal exposure of the business and customer to scope creep and deliverability
