HR Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to become the HR Assistant to The Groucho Club\’s Head of HR. Our next HR Assistant needs to have proactive energy, a positive can-do attitude and friendly personality alongside all the other skills that make you a top HR Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR with administrative and organisational support;
  • Ensuring new starters and leavers are uploaded;
  • Conducting stay surveys and exit interviews;
  • Welcoming new employees to the business;
  • Assisting the resourcing of candidates;
  • Supporting with payroll processes;
  • Assisting with reports and HR analysis;
  • Assisting with Club communications.

Skills

  • Previous recruitment experience desirable.
  • Experience working with Harri platform is desirable.
  • A fantastic attitude and passion for people.
  • Sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills, a people person.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in administrative and PC computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook.
