As a Project Manager at UKPS (part of the Last Mile Group), you will report into the Regional Construction Manager, and will be charged with the delivery of a multi-utility (Electric, Gas & Water) project portfolio for network connections to Residential, Residential/Commercial, and Industrial customers. Produce financial project forecasts Review, plan and control project finance in line with allocated budgets. Prepare Work Instructions, Risk Assessments & Method Statements Via online systems. Promote and demonstrate a culture of Safety, Health, Environmental awareness and quality at all times. Develop and maintain client relationships and always demonstrate consummate professionalism. Qualifications/Experience: Essential: Significant experience (3 years min), working with ICP, DNO, IDNO in a project delivery/control/management position. Experienced in managing internal and external labour for the installation of Multiple Services, including: HV/LV cable. Cable jointing. Switchgear installation. Gas Mains infrastructure. Water Mains infrastructure. Strong Financial appreciation and proven record of budgetary management and control. Solid organisational ability and strong influencing skills. Ability to work effectively within a team, with excellent communication skills. Customer service orientated, and a desire to achieve the best results and contribute to the success of UKPS. Demonstrable approach to problem resolution. Full UK Driving License Desirable: Previous experience of power distribution or gas/water networks. Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering e.g. City & Guilds, ONC, HNC & HND. (Equivalent Engineering qualifications may be considered). NRSWA Supervisor qualifications. NEBOSH.
