The home specialises in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities including our Avenham unit which supports younger adults with complex needs. We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting, as well as caring for those with long term or degenerative illnesses. About the role This is a highly skilled nursing role where youll be accountable and responsible for supporting peoples holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.
