Job Description

As a Midweight Graphic Designer you will assist on all aspects of the graphic design process from concept to completion.

Support with the development and production of digital and print based graphics across the UK, International, and third-party markets.

Supporting brand activations, promotions and campaign launches. You must strive for excellence in all aspects of your role and will be responsible for ensuring all creative produced is on-brand, on budget and on time. You will also be mentored by the Senior Graphic Designer, encouraging growth and development in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Senior Graphic Designer in developing and implementing visually compelling assets for use across our UK, International and Wholesale websites.
  • Working closely with the Brand Content team, Ecomm team and Social Media team to deliver engaging brand and promotional content for emails, affiliates and social media channels.
  • To create inspirational designs with the understanding of how assets will be viewed on multiple devices.
  • Ensuring all digital creative produced is on-brand, accessible, useable and meets best practice standards.
  • To ensure online design concepts are being implemented correctly and in a timely manner accommodating E-Commerce work schedules.
  • Act with integrity, constructively challenge the capabilities and effectiveness of all digital design content.

What qualities will you bring?

  • Excellent Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects skills are essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Premier Pro a bonus
  • Detail orientated, self-motivated and organised, with great attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to work to various demands and deadlines
  • Positive and approachable attitude to deliver a great internal customer experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent layout skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experienced in print production and an understanding of digital design requirements
  • Basic retouching skills are desired
  • An ability to confidently present ideas to various members of the business
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromise on quality
  • BA (Hons) Graphic Design qualification
