Contek Recruitment are working with an Electrical Contractor in the South west. The client is looking for an experienced Plumbing And Heating Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Please see requirements as listed: * Qualified Heating and Plumbing Engineer * Experienced installer – domestic and small commercial * Capable of taking charge of small projects under supervision of Contracts Manager – small commercial, larger domestic refurbs * Able to work to site plans/drawings * Able to self- manage/direct team * Liaise with client/site supervisor on site * Accurately assess timescales/work to deadlines * Good problem solver * Good communication skills * Can do attitude * Van and fuel card * Salary – £20+ depending on experience. We are open to negotiations for the right person. Quals at least Level 3 NVQ – Plumbing/Plumbing & Heating – Gas is not crucial Hours of work 8-4:30 but may need to be flexible as there will be work in London which will involve travel time, how much will of course depend on where they are located. The projects are larger domestic refurbs and some small commercial – e.g new shower rooms, tea points. They will usually be on site with 1-2 other guys so we would like someone with the experience to guide the younger lads on site
