Based Office / site based role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Oldham. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and involves both site and office-based work on projects across the North West. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in joinery within the construction industry and must be proficient with JCT and D&B contract types. This role requires managing various commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost control, procurement, and contract administration are handled efficiently.
