Kitson Associates is excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Director to join a well-established and successful developer based in Northamptonshire .

What We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Need:

A degree in planning or a postgraduate qualification, with eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute membership.

Up-to-date knowledge of building legislation and experience with partnership agreements .

Strong understanding of planning issues and processes relevant to the role.
