- A Construction lawyer boasting 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Extensive non-contentious transactional construction experience.
- A solid history of successfully negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of construction agreements including Framework Agreements, Construction Management, Design and Build Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), New Engineering Contract (NEC), and FIDIC contracts.
- In-depth understanding of Public Finance Initiatives (PFI) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
- The capability to deliver in-depth legal advice on project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Experience in a wide range of large-scale construction projects, such as residential and commercial developments including but not limited to; Homes, Accommodations, Retail, Industrial and logistics space, and land regeneration projects.
- Experience across energy-related infrastructure projects (such as Data Centres, Gas and Electricity Transmission, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Systems and Networks, and LNG projects) would also be desirable.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
