Your Role at a Glance:
As a Pawnbroking Appraiser, you’ll play a vital part in the customer experience and valuation process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Appraising luxury items including jewellery, watches, handbags, and other valuables.
- Engaging in the retail sales of high-end pre-loved items.
- Staying ahead of market trends in both pawnbroking and luxury retail.
- Keeping a keen eye on local competitors and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
