Production Operative

Location: Redditch Salary: £11.44 per hour Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Friday) Potential overtime on Saturdays Are you a skilled, hands-on individual looking for a stable role in a growing timber company? We are currently seeking a Production Operative / Assembler to join our team in Redditch. Key Responsibilities: Assembling timber panels and products following specifications Using hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process Collaborating with team members to meet production targets Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all timesKey Requirements: Experience using tools (preferred) Ability to read and follow assembly instructions Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently within a team Previous experience in a production or assembly role is an advantage but not essential as training will be providedShift Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Overtime available on Saturdays This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established company.
