Due to an increase in workload the current team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and supportive team in central London.This is a unique client-side role within an established team; the role is multifaceted in that the primary purpose will be to manage projects, ranging from small and conceptual works to major refurbishment and development pieces. You will also provide building and construction advice to the internal teams within a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate investment, asset, and property management environment.
