KM4HR are working with a leading charity to recruit an interim HR Leader to support them through a reorganisation of key teams.
This position is offered as a 3-6 month FTC, working 3 days per week. 1 day onsite will be required.
Due to the urgency of this role please only apply if you can interview w/c 17th February and available immediately to start new contracts.
In this role you will be working closely with several Directors of the business as well as the wider SLT. In addition you will also be an integral part of specific project groups and will need to develop close working relationships with external consultants.
Essentially you will need experience of managing redundancy situations including meeting attendance and have expert knowledge on the entire process to include the delivery of relevant follow up actions.
Permanently this role is also responsible for the following so some responsibility for these areas should be also be expected;
- Overseeing of change programmes
- HR budgets
- Establishing HR services
- Supporting the embedding of HR technology
- Servicing approx. 100 staff, contractors and volunteers
- Recruitment and onboarding
Day to day you will have 2 direct reports and will take a lead on managing the HR team. Your broad HR management experience will also lend to planning and devising strategies for future HR business alignment and growth.
A knowledge of working in not for profit or charitable sectors is desirable but other industries will be considered for this interim role. MCIPD or CIPD level 7 is preferred.
