WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING As a CRM Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of customer communications, from audience segmentation and campaign planning through to build, testing, and deployment. You\βll work closely with designers to brief campaigns and provide feedback, optimise marketing automation to increase engagement and retention, and conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.
