Payroll, HRIS & HR Talent Specialist – Covering UK, EMEA & APAC

Location: Coventry (Hybrid 50/50)

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintain the HR System (iTrent).
  • Oversee auditing of the system.
  • Lead on upgrades, implementation and integration with other systems.
  • Work with IT and external providers to troubleshoot and improve performance.
  • Work closely with HR & Payroll functions to provide system guidance and expertise, such as payroll calculations and workflows.
  • Point of contact for queries, deliver training and upskill employee knowledge of system.

You will have:

  • Experience of using iTrent HR/Payroll essential.
  • Training and supporting end users.
  • Troubleshoot iTrent calculation.
  • Knowledge & experience of data protection regulations.
  • Interpersonal skills, able to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
