About the Role:

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:

• Sales and Purchases of residential properties throughout Devon and beyond
• Re-mortgaging services
• Residential Property Investments and Lettings
• Probate Sales
• New Homes transactions
• Matrimonial Transfers
• Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership
• Help to Buy schemes

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years’ experience)
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
