Team Assistant / PA St Paul\’s / Farringdon based (City of London)5 days in the office 8:30am – 5:30pm £24-26p/h A leading Investment bank searching for a highly motivated Team Assistant to support MD, and wider team EMA – Analyst, Associate, MD in conjunction with 3 other senior assistants and a floor admin What you\’ll doUpdating and maintaining internal office systemsBooking events Working with the team/Assistant team to on board new hiresDiary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level+)Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zonesManaging high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locationsCoordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings, car bookingsExpense management and preparationTaking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflowSupporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queriesProviding phone / holiday coverage for colleagues Who You AreMinimum 3 years\’ experience in financial services, of which 2 years of direct experience as either a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably within BankingExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointProfessional, positive, can-do attitude to workStrong communication, excellent telephone mannerAbility to be proactive, use initiative and multi-task, as well as prioritiseTeam player with experience of working in a large team with strong interpersonal and organisational skillsHigh level of discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to work with different time zones including the Americas, EMEA and Asia Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
