We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our Head Office team to provide a consistently effective, efficient and highly professional customer service to all internal and external customers on mortgage related activities.
You will provide excellent telephony support directly to our mortgage customers therefore great communication skills, first class customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key for this role!
You will join an open and inclusive team with plenty of opportunities to develop into different areas of the department or across the wider the business. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Representative –
- We are looking for positive and engaging team members to support our customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience by phone and ensuring an accurate and timely administration service
- You will be building excellent relationships with internal and external customers and maintaining fantastic customer service throughout
- Work flexibly within a cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, communication and administration on all aspects of general enquiries and complaints
What we’re looking for –
- Experience within a customer service role is essential – this role is primarily telephony based but face to face experience will also be considered.
- Mortgage experience is not essential, we offer full training and development to support you in your new role with us.
- You will be a good communicator who is well organised, professional and enthusiastic
- We work as a team therefore it is essential you are collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team.
