From London, the Board & Governance practice works globally with a diverse range of clients, including leading listed and private corporations, banks, private equity firms, states and charities. The team works with boards and senior management to improve decision making, board effectiveness, organisational design, sustainable governance, and long-term impact. Responsibilities: Assist in managing client engagements and teams conducting research and preparing client deliverables; Be responsible for client and non-client materials, including presentations, reports, policies, and proposals; Maintain and develop client relationships; Contribute to the firm’s reputation; and Contribute to the development of the firm’s corporate governance knowledge and tools. To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience in the field of consulting, corporate governance, sustainability, or in a related field in a professional services environment; A Master’s degree or equivalent, evidencing strong academic performance in Finance, Organisation and Business Management, Economics, Science or Law. Studies related to governance and sustainability is an asset; A genuine interest in corporate governance, organisational design, environmental and social issues; Proven team and project management abilities; Outstanding capacity for analytical and conceptual thinking; Research acumen and advanced skills in collecting and analysing data; A capacity to pay attention to details while seeing the forest from the trees; Impeccable drafting, excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to work independently and prioritise; A true team spirit and a curious mindset. Impeccable written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in another language (French, Arabic, German or Russian) is an important plus.
