• Monitor and document changes in clients’ health status and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Assist with case management tasks, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care.

• Provide first aid as needed and maintain a safe environment for clients.

• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
