An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Reservations Agent to work for a global accommodation provider based in London.

The Reservations Agent will support clients accommodation needs. This position working schedule is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries with regards to accommodation
  • Book suitable accommodation options on behalf of the client
  • Process bookings on reservations system
  • Deliver a high level of service to guests
  • Support guests to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Deal with any issues that may arise

Key Requirements:

  • Must have reservations experience in hospitality, hotels or corporate housing preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and delivering a positive guest experience
  • Strong IT skills
