This role requires an organised individual who holds previous administration experience

Our client is seeking a part-time Administrator to join their small business, this role is a newly created role due to business growth. This role will be coordinating all the administration for the training courses that the company offers. This role requires an organised individual who holds previous administration experience and someone who can work methodically and under minimum supervision.

Job Description:

  • Managing and responding to the incoming email enquiries for training courses
  • Sending out course details and course packs
  • Chasing delegates for outstanding information / registration forms
  • Checking that online / prelim courses have been completed before course begins
  • General administration
  • Updating the inhouse systems with delegates details

Candidate Requirements:

  • Admin experience within a training department would be an advantage
  • Good IT skills
  • Switched on, proactive individual
  • Strong multitasker
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good team player

Hours: 20 hours per week flexible
Salary: £25,000 Pro rata
