Our client, a leading tour operator, is seeking a Cruise Product Manager to join their business in London. This position is well suited to an experienced cruise product professional capable of delivering high calibre performance by taking ownership and providing leadership, product vision and strategy. The Product Manager role is for a candidate who thinks inside, outside and under the box, a great team player, looking for their next rewarding challenge with an outstanding travel brand.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned to our client’s goals

· Liaise with cruise suppliers to proactively source deals, monitoring trends, research new product ideas

· Identify and pursue new opportunities in existing areas of responsibility

· Collect data around benchmarks and help our client gain a better position in the market

· Work closely with internal marketing teams to promote offers

· Look at where improvements can be made and ensure products remains the market leader

· Maintain supplier relationships with preferred & selective Cruise Lines, promote the client’s brand positively

· Look to streamline cruise product & cruise sales processes and introduce good working practices

· Commercial, pricing, negotiation and analytical experience gained within a cruise product role

· Initiative to successfully push offers forward within a competitive market place

· Confident driving engagement and influencing to drive delivery and collaboration

· Creative thinker, ability to review data, spot trends and share insights

· Available to attend Fam Trips, trade shows, travel events and conferences
