About the Role
Are you passionate about engineering and eager to inspire the next generation of British Engineers? Sheffield College is looking for innovative and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team and help make our college the top choice for aspiring engineers.
You’ll be teaching committed engineering students who have already progressed from entry-level courses in a fast-paced & exciting environment, while also engaging with industry-leading development to take your career to the next level.

We have an extremely talented staff force made up of people from multiple disciplines, so applications will be considered from all fields of engineering!
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering hands-on Engineering content to learners at a range of levels
• Getting involved with exciting initiatives like student visit programmes, such as the Turing exchange scheme and working with key local and regional companies
• Engaging with both academy and cross-college CPD to improve your teaching and learning practices, as well as programmes with industry to ensure your knowledge is up to date
