The Role As a Design Engineer, you\’ll play a key role in: Developing new product and production system designs. Enhancing the efficiency and performance of existing products. Producing detailed specifications, drawings, and engineering reports. Re-engineering designs for improved manufacturability. Applying stress/loading calculations, FEA, and fatigue analysis. Ensuring all designs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge with the wider team. About You We\’re looking for someone with: Minimum of 3 years\’ industrial design experience. Strong knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software (Autodesk preferred). Familiarity with MS Office and engineering IT systems. Understanding of manufacturing processes and heavy engineering applications.
