We are seeking experienced employment lawyers to join our Employment Team. This is a great time to join our leading legal firm during our continued growth and expansion. Well known in the local market for offering friendly and professional advice, with offices across Shropshire, Herefordshire and North Wales, we can offer for the right candidates, as applicable (i) a competitive salary and a range of benefits including a healthcare scheme, life insurance and flexible working opportunities or (ii) attractive terms for partnership.
This is a role in which you will be responsible for managing your own case load, your own business development goals and helping to build your own team as part of an expansion of the Employment Department – which although currently small carries out high quality work for a range of national and international, as well as local, businesses and employees. It is the only Employment Team without a presence in Birmingham that is ranked as high as Tier 3 by Legal 500, and the only one ranked by Chambers UK, in the West Midlands region.
