A leading global digital consultancy is seeking a Cloud Software Architect to join its growing cloud transformation practice. This is a senior, hands-on, client-facing architecture role—ideal for someone who thrives on designing modern, scalable cloud-native platforms and guiding major enterprise change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across public, private, and edge environments
  • Lead end-to-end cloud solution delivery using services such as AKS/EKS/GKE, serverless, Kubernetes, and PaaS/IaaS layers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads on DevSecOps, SRE, and Agile delivery practices
  • Partner with clients to define technical roadmaps, service models, and adoption strategies
  • Shape CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform, GitHub, and Jenkins
  • Design cloud-native operations, observability, and performance monitoring frameworks
  • Contribute to best practices in platform engineering, security, and cost optimization (FinOps)

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years in cloud platform architecture and solution design
  • Deep knowledge of at least one major hyperscaler (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Strong technical background in IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, and storage
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift)
  • Experience leading hybrid or edge deployments (e.g. Azure Stack, AWS Outposts)
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps / SRE tooling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Desirable:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g. Azure Architect, AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Experience with modern platform engineering approaches
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, Financial Services, etc.)
  • Background in infrastructure automation and API integration
  • Open Group Master Certified Architect or similar qualification
