Programme Manager – Business Transformation / Business Change – Upto £80K + excellent benefits – FTC 1 – 2 years
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire with Hybrid Work Arrangements (1 – 3 days a week in the office)
Our client, a leading organisation in the region, is looking for a number of Programme Managers on Fixed Term Contracts (1 – 2 years) to deliver large and complex strategic programmes of change centred around:-
- Ways of working (Cultural and Technology change)
- Terms and Conditions (Hours, Pay, etc)
You will manage a large budget of programmes of between £10-50m across multi-functional business areas and having complex people, process, IT and data deliverables to co-ordinate in order to achieve significant efficiencies, better outcomes and contributing to the organisational health of the business.
The Enterprise Programme Manager will directly contribute to realising the long and medium term strategy, objectives and goals of the business, working alongside the relevant Business Transformation Lead accountable for the benefits of the programme. The role has responsibility for the professional and effective management of the programme, driving forward projects, programmes and releases of change throughout the end to end change delivery lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
You will have a proven background of delivering large programmes specifically around Business Transformation and within an Enterprise environment, ideally within the Utilities industry.
- Advanced Stakeholder Management and very strong interpersonal skills;
- Direct experience of portfolio, programme delivery; previous experience in a senior capacity of major programmes;
Qualified in programme management disciplines e.g. MSP, Institute of Change Management, Prince 2 practitioner, Agile
- Experience of managing professional teams of change delivery people including programme staff, project managers and business analysts;
- Experience of working within a complex business environment and understanding of business plans and strategic initiatives;
- Significant understanding of IT and commercial environments; previous direct responsibility for the establishment of third party contracts;
Advanced financial knowledge and management skills.
