Job Title: Interim HR Coordinator (Immediately Available)

Location: High Wycombe

Hybrid working– 3 days in the office

Rate: Up to £125 PAYE (inside IR35)

Signet are supporting a growing business based in High Wycombe, looking for an immediately available HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to support their HR function and be part of our exciting growth- this will be for a couple of months but a strong chance for an extension. You will be reporting into a Head of HR, and working alongside a lovely supportive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support the HR team in employee relations and compliance
  • Provide general HR Admin support

About You:

  • Immediate availability required
  • Previous HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
