This Employment team consists of five solicitors and has over 360 clients on its retainer service across a wide range of sectors. The firm offers the team a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Our client is now looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its team, providing high-quality employment law advice to a diverse portfolio of clients and handling both contentious and non-contentious work.
About You: To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role, you must have at least 3 years’ PQE, with the ability to hit the ground running on a range of matters, while maintaining a proactive approach to client management and ensuring all advice is commercially focused and practical. You must also be able to contribute to business development to ensure the client base keeps growing. The firm is open to more experienced candidates and is willing to offer a higher salary, although this would require some form of following.
