Customer Relationships β Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Performance & KPI Management β Monitor financial and operational targets, ensuring service standards and profitability. Team Development β Mentor, coach, and support staff to ensure professional growth and high-quality service delivery. Process Improvement β Oversee data management and service processes, working with internal teams to improve efficiency. Issue Resolution β Collaborate with contracts and IT teams to address warranty, contractual, and operational issues. What Weβre Looking For Proven experience leading a small team in a customer-facing environment. Strong understanding of financial metrics, including operating costs and profitability. Ability to motivate, coach, and support a team to achieve high performance. Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of converting new business opportunities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); SAP knowledge is a plus (training provided).
