Job Description

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

Responsible for the delivery of the Retail, Conferences and Events catering. To safely
prepare, cook and present the food to highest standard in line with WSH food
standards, balance of technical skill, leadership, and dedication to the craft of
cooking. It will involve cross skilling in all areas of the 1CW Operation, inclusive of
Reception services, administrative duties, client communications and reporting.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Successful progressive background in catering
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Good listening skills
