TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established law firm based in Bristol known for delivering excellent legal services and building lasting client relationships. Their commitment to excellence has fuelled growth, and they are expanding their residential team in Bristol. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling your caseload of complex Residential Property files including, shared ownership, lease extensions, staircasing, as well as straight transactions.
Responsibilities
- Administering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, conducting due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.
- Demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law related to residential property transactions, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (sales, purchase, re-mortgage, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation, etc.).
- Undertake necessary research to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Maintain the highest level of client service, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved.
- Achieve time and billing targets while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Effectively manage a varied caseload, adapting to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organized and maintained in good order.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to the department workflow and assisting with other client projects when required.
- Build strong client relationships by embodying the firm’s ethos of providing exceptional client care.
