The Role
As a Business Development Executive , you’ll be at the heart of the sales function, responsible for securing high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers at FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you’ll:
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach
- Engage with senior stakeholders, identifying and qualifying key business opportunities
- Gain expertise across industries such as Infrastructure, Public Sector, Financial Services, Construction, IT/Telecoms, and Transport
- Work closely with senior leaders, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
We’re after go-getters with:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales , including cold calling and relationship building
- A resilient and proactive mindset, with strong time management skills
- A team-first attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- The ability to commute to Reading, UK , within an hour
